I am a teacher, daily i need to stand for 4 to 5 hours in the class. My household work and my profession both lead to take toll over my knees. I remember clearly that my knee pain started around 2005. Phir meri Maa ka pain dekh kar or bahut sari himmat juta kar me apni Maa ko Dr Ankur Saurav se Medica, Ranchi me dikhlaya. Or Dr saheb ke sahyog se meri savi samsyayon ka samadhan ho gaya.
